Wash inside out at 30°C (cold wash). Air dry only (no tumble dryer). Iron inside out, avoiding prints and embroidery.

To prevent clothes from shrinking, wash them in cold water, avoid using high heat settings in the dryer, and consider air-drying or laying the items flat to dry.
